Sofonda Cox releases sizzling new video for “Game Ovah”

Toronto’s very own Sofonda Cox refuses to let the current global climate affect her ability to share the inspiring art of Drag with the world, and we love her for it! From her popular online “Sofonday” live streams and drive-in Drag shows to the release of her first song and video of 2020, “Kiss My Aaawww” (which saw a viral dance reach multiple continents), Sofonda has found a way to spread joy at a time when the world could really use it.

In her latest video, entitled “Game Ovah,” Sofonda brings what could arguably be her best song and dance yet! And to top it all off, she’s recruited some of the city’s most exciting talents (like fashion designer Sunny Fong of VAWK and artist Sheldon Dixon) to add to the already high-energy video. Directed by James Forrester, the song itself is produced by another fellow Torontonian, the Canadian-Armenian music composer, songwriter and producer, DerHova! Crank up the volume because “Game Ovah” is bound to get your (socially distanced) party started!
